In addition to the California and federal labor law posters, companies must also post their Industrial Wage Order. They are orders of the Industrial Welfare Commission regulating the wages, hours, and working conditions in certain industries or occupations. There are 17 such orders that are also known as Industrial Wage Orders or Wage Orders.
