The job description is one the most important human resources and development tools. It is used to help recruit, coach, and train employees to be successful and productive in their positions. In addition, job descriptions are required under Americans with Disabilities Act. We will complete a job analysis to determine what tasks, responsibilities, personal qualifications, conditions, and essentials functions need to be completed to perform a job. The analysis will then be summarized into a job description.
